This Mill Hill "Fairy Garden" kit contains glass beads, one ceramic dragonfly button, 14 count perforated perforated paper, stranded cotton embroidery floss, needles, chartered design plus full instructions. This kit makes an enjoyable project for you to keep, or to gift to a friend.
Perforated paper dates back to the Victorian era, and has been used by needleworkers to create embroidered pieces to be used as cards and ornaments. This paper is extremely firm and resists tearing but can be cut with scissors or a craft knife. Wrinkles can be removed using a warm iron.
