Celebrate the joy of Christmas with this charming Mill Hill "Christmas Bells" Counted Cross Stitch Kit. The cross stitch embroidery is worked on an easy-to-use 14 count perforated paper, further embellished with glass beads and treasures.
Perforated paper dates back to the Victorian era, and has been used by needleworkers to create embroidered pieces to be used as cards and ornaments. This paper is extremely firm and resists tearing but can be cut with scissors or a craft knife. Wrinkles can be removed using a warm iron.
This kit comes with a magnet, allowing you to attached the completed piece to a metal surface. But you can use this charming piece as a Christmas Tree ornament, gift decoration, brooch - its uses are only limited by your imagination!
This package contains Mill Hill glass beads, perforated paper, stranded embroidery floss, needles, glass or crystal treasures, chartered design plus instructions.
