Sashiko is a type of traditional Japanese embroidery or stitching, historically used for the decorative and functional reinforcement of cloth and clothing. These Sashiko needles are designed to accomodate traditional , indivisible Sashiko thread, their long shaft, sharp point and generously sized eye perfect for the running stitch associated with this embroidered artform.
Each pack contains two metal Sashiko needles, approxiamtely 4.93cm and 6.7cm in length.
Made in Japan.
