Create two different styles of cross stitch embellished pincushions with this lovely charted design from Scissor Tail Designs.
Delicate shades of pink and green are combined in these traditional cross stitch motifs, which can also be embroidered to create framed pieces, or made into hanging ornaments.
The design includes charted patterns for two designs, with models shown in the leaflet embroidered on 28 Count Cream Cashel Linen. You can find a beautiful Zweigart 28 Count linen here.
The designs are worked in Gentle Arts thread (Ivy) and Weeks Dye Works thread (Berry Cobbler), or you can substitute with DMC stranded cottons in colours 3364 and 316, with added beading using Mill Hill Glass Seed Bead #00553.
Stitch Count: 53w x 53h
Design Size: approximately 9.6cm x 9.6cm when worked on 28 count linen (over two threads) or 14 count Aida.
