Seeknit Shirotake Bamboo Marking Pins
Seeknit Shirotake Bamboo Marking Pins
Here's a handy addition to the accessory collection of every knitter and crocheter! This set of 10 Shirotake bamboo marking pins are designed to accommodate thick knitted or crocheted projects. Use these pins when holding knitted or crocheted pieces together to join seams or to mark placement of embellishments, such as buttons. The natural bamboo texture prevents the pins from slipping out - how good is that?
Why Purchase Seeknit Products?
The Seeknit brand was launched by the Japanese manufacturer Kinki Amibari as a way to celebrate over 100 years of contributing to the culture of fine knitting and crochet needles, hooks and accessories. Over their long history they have embraced innovation, all the while retaining their Japanese tradition of highly skilled craftsmanship.
You'll be amazed by the quality and durability of these "Shirotake" bamboo marking pins from Seeknit. Shirotake is Seeknit's natural bamboo range of needles, hooks and accessories, and features carefully polished and buffed surfaces, in combination with smooth tips.
Their needles, hooks and accessories reflect their commitment to creating quality products, using environmentally sustainable raw materials. Read more about their philosophy here.
These bamboo marking pins are each 65mm in length (including the end cap), and come presented as a set of 10 in a clear cellophane resealable bag.
Made in Japan.
Care of needles:
Bamboo pins are made of a natural material, so avoid strong force, and handle with care. Keep in mind , as each pin is made from bamboo, each one will reflect the unique individual grain and colour of the raw material. Avoid moisture and refrain from storing in a humid environment. The pins can be polished using solid wax and a soft cloth, should the need arise.
